Itaru seems interested in doing anything besides game and act (it's ok tsumugi you can call him lazy), he felt he had to at least hear him out.

[ Tsumugi has faith in their acting abilities - five shows each under their belts, including a lead and co-lead role, is nothing to laugh at! especially since they're not Summer Troupe! - but he can't help but feel a little grateful for the shadows they find themselves surrounded by. His soft features lend themselves to the part, but still... anything that'll make him look less like a man wearing a long wig is helpful.

Listen. Tsumugi's had a girlfriend before, and he shared a room with Tasuku for over a year. He's seen bare - or close to bare - chests before. But the context is completely different right now and, perhaps unsurprisingly, he's never quite meshed with this sort of scene.
But it's fine! Itaru and the knights are counting on him! And, perhaps most importantly, he's not Tsumugi Tsukioka right now. So long as he stays in character and doesn't draw unwanted attention toward himself, he can do this, no problem.
Once inside the club proper, he's quick to grab a cocktail from the bar and blend in with a group of patrons that're already a few drinks in. (it helps that while not unattractive, he doesn't stand out with his looks alone on a normal day.) On first glance, nothing seems strange, but he'll hold off on drinking, just in case. Who knows if there's something strange in the alcohol...

( for Tsumugi, Izumi runs into the same problem she did with Kazunari: the obvious gift idea (plant stuff) is made more difficult due to the fact that Tsumugi knows a lot and Izumi really doesn't.
so she sidesteps the temptation of flower shops and instead ends up in a stationery shop, where she finds some beautiful, high quality notebooks with succulent patterns. naturally, the two she chooses have to be complemented by an equally high quality fountain pen. elegant and practical seems ideal for Tsumugi.
